I didn't think that there was any connection to your Greenway at the time of the query. HOWEVER, I was re-reading some of my material and reading some of the queries last night and came accross your email regarding the Webb Family.

In a blurb that I have it states that "Col. Wm. Greenway had owned two small tracts of land near Webb's Branch, which is a mile south of Patterson, NC". Col. William Greenway was the son to Joseph Greenway, of Rowan and Burke Counties of NC.

Do you have any idea of the date that we are talking about. Col. Wm. Greenway could have inherited this small tract of land from his father, Joseph.

This would be a great help, as I do not have a spouse's name for Joseph. And I have much information to share on our Greenway Family.

Thanks, Cindy
