I am planning a trip to UK including Wales next year 2010 and would like to visit Talybont, Cardiganshire where my ancestors hailed from? Could anyone throw more light on the following Griffiths lineage. I am particulalrly interested in meeting any Griffiths family from this line and interested to know if any remain in the area?
My father was Leonard Griffiths b 1899 d 1966 Brisbane, Qld, Aust, his father Sydney Griffiths b 1875 Geelong, Vic, Aust d 1898 Townsville, Qld, Aust, his father Thomas Griffiths b 1842 Talybont, Cardigan, Wales d 1916 Willoughby, NSW, Aust, his father Evan Griffiths b 1821, d 1880 Talybont Cardigan, Wales, his father Cornelius Griffiths b abt 1786 Talybont, Card, Wales d 1853 Talybont, Card, Wales.
