There is a photo and details fo a document dated 26 June 1802 on website http://www.familychest.co.uk/default.htm (use surname search).

James Parkerson is selling property in the parish of St George of Tombland, Norwich, to Anthony Buddry for 180. William Grint owns a neighbouring property and a covenant is included to give him access.
