Hello Yvonne
Sorry, the only information I have is on William Joseph, and the fact that his parents were William and Sarah. I have no idea where they came from, or whether there were any other children.
However, I did a couple of quick look-ups for you, and found that Emma was baptised on 4 July 1847 at St Mary Cray, and Kate on 25 November 1866 in Orpington. Both were daughters of William and Sarah, but the dates are wrong for 'my' William and Sarah, as they were of child-bearing age in 1822. Couldn't find any trace of a marriage for William and Sarah pre July 1847. The only marriage I found in that area was of a William Groombridge to Ann Tapser on 26 December 1841 in Chelsfield. Chelsfield, St Mary Cray and Orpington are all very close to each other, so I was wondering if Ann Tapser could have also been known as Sarah Ann. Will let you know if I come across anything that seems relevant.
Best wishes
Kim
