One daughter Margaret married Thomas Hennessy at St. Francis de Sales Church in Roxbury on September 15, 1881. She was 24. Thomas and Margaret Hennessy had two children, Catherine, born on August 3, 1884, and John, born April 2, 1887. Margaret (Gunning) Hennessy had a brother named Thomas who died on April 6, 1886 at the age of 21. Margaret's father Thomas Gunning died on January 1, 1898. He was 66.
