Hi, My great great grandfather was A H Gunning. My grandmother kept many newspaper clipping and among them is one from Reardon Wash telling of a farm sale by Henry Gunning. A Peter Sellers bought the farm 160 acres 4 1/2 miles west of town for $4000. The date is Nov 15th but no year. On the reverse side of the clipping it is noted in pencil Nov 17th 1902. My grandmother seemed to save clipping about the family but did not share much info with me. I am 73 so the pictures and clipping are quite old.
