I have a Carrie Eliza Brownell (Pierce) d 2/17/1914 at the age of 31 in Rhode Island, mothers maiden name was Guptill who was born in Maine according to Town Records in Portsmouth RI obtained 2/23/2007. She was one of 2 children at the time of her birth in Portsmouth Rhode Island.Her father was Benjamin F. Pierce and mother Clara Pierce (Guptill)..Carrie married my great grandfather Jonathan T. Brownell about 1899. She died due to Uraemia (Kidney problems) according to her death certificate. I'm looking for her burial place with no luck. May there be a Guptill burial type grounds in the New England area ?
