I'm interested in info re: the marriage of Owen Gwathmey and one of the daughters of John Clark [father of Capt. William Clark (Corps of Discovery) & Gen. George Rogers Clark (Revolutionary War hero)].

Per the will of John Clark dated 24 July 1799, among his sons-in-law is Owen Gwathmey, who inherited 1,000 ac. 'on the waters of Poages Creek' in Logan County, KY.

John Clark had 4 daughters - Ann, Lucy [m. Maj. William Croghan], Elizabeth & Frances.

Does anyone have info re: this marriage, children & other descendants ?
