This is apparent census info regards Jan ROOS aka John ROSE and his wife Martha HAAN. Jan is half brother to one of my husband's direct ancestors Johannes ROOS aka John ROSE, born 05 February 1845 in Uithuizen and settled in Muskegon, Michigan.

Jan Rose 19, works at a brickyard. Martha (wife) is 19. Both were born in the Netherlands as were their parents.

John 38, born Jan 1862 (1861) immigrated in 1882, in US 18 yrs and is a naturalized citizen. He works at the RR Car Works, owns his mortgaged home. He has been married 18 years to Martha 37, born Sept 1862 (sic Oct 1860), who has had 6 children, 5 living. Both born in Holland as were their parents. Effie 15, born July 1884 in Illinois, works in a cigar factory; Katie 12, born Feb 1888, in Illinois; Maggie 9, born July 1890 in Michigan as were John 8, born Mar 1892 and Clara 5, born May 1895.

John is 48, owns mortgaged home, is foreman in lumber yard, immigrated in 1880 and is citizen. He has been married to Martha 48, for 30 years. She has had 9 children, 6 are living. Also in the home are children, Katie 22, born Illinois, is a sample packer in Alabastine Co.; Margaret 20, born Michigan, also sample packer in Alabastine Co.; John 18, born Michigan, press feeder in printing office; Clara 15 and Georgie 10. Both born in Michigan and attend school.

John 58, owns his home free and clear, his occupation in not ledgible but he works in railroad business. He immigrated in 1879. Wife Margiete (sic)is 58 also immigrated in 1879. George 19 is a shoemaker.
I am looking for death dates for above John ROSE & Martha HAAN ROSE and if possible, their obits. Probably in Wyoming Twp., Kent Co., MI.
