I have no idea how to get a copy of this book. My grandmother gave it to me, and I don't know if the author is still living. If you need copies of specific information, I would be happy to check into the possibility of making them for you. If I remember correctly, my grandmother tried to get an additional copy some years ago, but was told they were no longer available.
