I'm trying to find this lady's ancestors. She lives in Baden, Germany, where her family has been for ages. It appears that the places listed were taken by other countries, including Germany, and it's difficult to find exactly where to look. If anyone has any clues, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.
"The last date I´ve from my own anchestors is the birth date of Joseph Habel, born 06.09.1822 in Lichten (Lichnov in Czech), son of Jan Habel and Terezie Haeinova(Heinrich). Lichten is a small village near Opava. Terezie Haeinova was born 08.03.1801 in Taubnitz (Dubnice?) All the names of the villages are in German and in Czech. A bit confusing.
Now I´m looking for the marriage of Jan Habel and Terezie Haeinova to find out his place of birth and his parents.
Joseph Habel is the 6th generation I found and each generation was born in a different place. I didn´t find find his marriage in Lichnov."
