Parents of John Haddow b.about 1826

I have traced my Haddow line back to John Haddow born about 1826 in Calder Old Monklands, wife was Margaret Miller born about 1827 inMuirkirk. They were married on 2nd Dec 1844 in Holytown Parish of Bothwell. John's father was also named John and his wife may have been named Margaret Ingles but this may be incorrect due to the only marriage between a John Haddow and Margaret Ingles I can find recorded was in 1762 which meant she was approx 64 when she gave birth. The John Haddow born in 1826 also had a son named John who registered his father's death on 19 July 1887 - he gave his grandmother's name as Margaret Ingles - I assume he got confused with his wife's grandmother who was Jean Ingles(born about 1800 in Douglas and married to Robert Miller,1821 in Douglas).
If anyone has any information they wish to share it would be much appreciated.
