I am interested in your message. I have a distant ancestor cousin, William Haddow, who married a Christina Hunter. My information is that he was born in West Calder in 1806 while Christina was born in 1809 in Lochgelly, Fife. They had a number of children, among whom was a son James born in Greenburn Whitburn in 1839. Apart from the venues there is a great similarity. Is it worth following up to see if they are one and the same?
