What part of Kansas? I have a name (like you do) Jenny Ann (probably a nickname) was born in Scotland and married John Jolly in 1880 in Scranton Kansas. She imigrated with her family in 1873 and had two or three sisters. If they followed scotish naming her second son would have been named for her father. the son was William Alexander Jolly. Her father was a miner. do you think we might have a connection here.
