Roger on the connection, George A. was Mary Jane's youngest brother. I had wondered whether any of the family had remained in the area after the father died in 1888, since he was apparently a tenant farmer. The mother was living in Simcoe with Thomas and Mary Jane when she died in 1912, just before M/J died. Have you done any tracing of your family's immigration to Canada? I can't seem to get past that wall on either side of the paternal line. Good to hear from you again, and thanks again ...Gord
