Luanne, Nice to hear from you. I am the great granddaughter of Amos Clinton. Thanks for the definite marriage date--I can't quite make it out in the family Bible. I would love to have a copy of the obit. and the poem, if you don't mind sharing. If I hear from you again, I'll send my address along to your email address. I have visited Clint's grave many times, but didn't even realize that David and Mary were buried there until our last visit to Kanona when we stumbled across them. David was supposedly "churched" from the Quaker religion because he married Mary, the daughter of a Presbyterian(?) preacher. Does that fit with your info? Pat at pipbix@wyoming.com
