"Migration Patterns" of Hagermans going into New Jersey

Anyone have leads on some general migration patterns of the Hagermans as they came into New Jersey?

Anyone have them take the "Old Mine Road" in from Kingston, NY?

Anyone have them come into Philadelphia first and then up the Delaware?

Did any settle in Dutches Co., NY then go back down the Hudson River to Hackensack and across to central or western New Jersey?

ALSO--anyone think that they have German ancestry as in HIGH DUETSH? or are they all from Holland/Netherlands?

My ancestor who died in 1820 had a windmill in his inventory but my mother said they were always told they were of German descent.
