In July I posted an inquiry regarding a James Hagerman, Marge Hunter kindly pointed out to me that it should have been William Hagerman. I am still seeking info on now, Willam Hagerman. He was born in Ny yet is found in the 1804 Elizabethtown census as a member of the Rev. William A. and Catherine (DeGroat) Hallock. Possibly a son of a neighbor but also quite possibly a child of Catherines by a previous marriage. In a NY census of Albany he is listed with parents James and Catherine. DeGroat??? Possibly. Would appreciate knowing if there is a possible mother/son connection between William Hagerman and Catherine DeGroat. She is originally from Albany before her marriage to William Hallock and their move to Elizabethtown. Thank you Bev - MI
