If you have not already, please consult the extensive document posted by Jim LaLone in three parts under "Hagaman". This documents the first 4 generations of descent from an Adriaen Hegeman. The url's are:

There are numerous recurrences of the names: Barnt/Barent/Barynt/Barnet/Bernet/Barijnt/Barentje,
Dolleus/Dallius/Dollance, and

going back to c. 1715. I counted 15 born before 1781, and definitely documented are two you have documented, a Dollance and his son Barent, who moved to Tennent, Monmouth County, by the 1790's. However, I cannot determine if our line through John (d. c. 1828 - 1829) can be found in there somewhere.

Would you care to study that material and see if you see connections?

Thank you,
