Thanks for the information.

My grandfather was Joseph Henry Reed son of Joseph Thomas & Rhonda Anne (Hagerman Coder) Reed.

James R. Coder is buried in the same family plot in Alva as are Joseph T. and Rhonda. My father Leonard S. Reed (1911-1991) and my uncle Hugh Joseph Reed (1916-2004?) always called James R. Coder a bachelor. It was not until sometime in the 80s that I found a photo of a lady sitting in a sidecar on a motorcycle and my dad tells me that is Bessie, James Coder's daughter which I had never heard of. Then he told me that James Coder was divorced. James Coder ran a small store where my dad remember being able to get candy. Yes, Luther William Reed lived on a farm in Beaver Co. OK.

I have never discover anything about James Coder's sister Rosie outside of that she dies while a child. I have visited the grave of Emily Lawrence Hagerman outside of Sullivan ILL is a small rural cemetery. Her grave being the only one marked.

I teach in Arizona and spend the summers back in Alva, OK.
Thanks once again for the information. If you wish for more direct communications please email me at lenny727@yahoo.com.

Thanks Lenny (Leonard)
