Dear Richard,

I'm not sure that I am of any specific help other than sharing the surname 'Hagley'. My family originate from the UK. I am not aware that any of my ancestors emigrated to the USA, but one never knows!. The surname Hagley is quite rare. There are a couple of families in the south west of England with the name, but no apparant connection that we can establish. The surname seems to be pupular around central England, ( the midlands) especially around the city of Birmingham, where this is also a district known as Hagley. Do let me know if I might be of further help, and best wishes with your search.
