Hello, I am trying to trace my family tree. My grandfather William Cook was born in Washfield, Tiverton, 1894. His parents were William Cook and Emma Baker. I believe his grandparents were William Cook and Sarah Hagley. I was wondering if there was a conection as I don't think Washfield was very big place.
