Elizabeth Hagley - Bristol

Looking for info on the following:

Elizabeth Hagley had 4 children born between 1892 and 1897

Edith Grace Walker Hagley
Millicent Walker Hagley
Florence Kate Walker Hagley
Elizabeth Walker Hagley

Edith, Millicent and Florence's birth cert. do not give the name of the father but their sister Elizabeth's father is listed as John Walker - occupation not listed. Florence's marriage cert. (m.1915)gives her father as John Hagley deceased - farmer.

My grandmother Millicent told her daughters that her father was a gentleman farmer and when he died, her mother could not keep up the farm and moved to Bristol. She supported the family as a domestic servant (the 1st three birth cert. of her daughters do list her as a domestic servant). My grandmother also said that when her mother passed away she and her sisters were orhpaned and separated.

Obviously this story is not the whole truth. So far I cannot find a death cert. for my gr. grandmother who apparently died between 1903 and 1908. Or she did not die at that time, but could not support her children anymore.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.
