My grandparents were all from Harput. Ohaunes (my great-grandfather)& Avedis (my great uncle) Peshekarian (later known as John P. Martin & A. P. Martin) both came over via Ellis Island. Rose Hagopian and her two children also did, or so I've been told by my uncle. I don't know if Hagopian was her maiden name or her married name from her marriage to her first husband. Rose married my grandfather around 1917 or 1918, which would mean she came to America between 1910 & 1915 (I've been narrowing down). She would've been in her mid-teens w/two children.

I was told her first two children (from Armenia) were George and Ann. Obviously, these names were probably Americanized. I don't know what their original names were.

Do you think that your family might be related?
