Never fear, Bill, there are a LOT of HAHS out here!
We have a connection with the Illinois Hahs. There is a man in Arizona or Texas, I forget which, who has written a book about the Hahs and their exploits. Fought in Civil war, etc. He has not had time to get much information to me. I do have a "sort" of family tree that might interest you. Illinois is mentioned as one of the places some of them migrated through before settling in Missouri. (Mostly around Cape Girardeau, Marble Hill, Daisy, etc.) We know
that some of the brothers settled in St. Louis, some in
around Cape Girardeau and some went on to California.
(Though information about these brothers is mostly
family lore.)

I will attach the 3 page Tree for you to read. (I DO have Norton virus protection which scans everything I send out,
as well as anything sent to me, in case you are cautious about viruses.)

A friend's daughter married a Bill Hahs, who is the son
of a preacher, Bill Hahs. I THINK they live in MO.

Bill and Jerri Hahs, Southeast Missouri
