Elizabeth Haines marriage Lancaster County, Pennsylvania

Hello,

I found a marriage of an Elizabeth Haines to a John Schuy in 1782 at Trinity Lutheran Church, Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Does anyone know which Haines family in which she belongs, and where they lived?

I am unsure, but I think the John Schuy family may have moved to either Maryland or Centre County, Pennsylvania.

I think this John Schuy may have lived in Columbia, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania in 1790. He lived close to notable Quaker families the Wrights & the Barbers.

Could Elizabeth's other names be Christina or Rebecca?

My GGGrandfather, John H. Shue is in the same neighborhood of Columbia in the 1840 census. He married a Brenner whose mother was a Nestleroth or Nestlerode.

I noticed in previous postings that someone posted that the Haines family was related to the Nestleroths.

Any help or advice will be appreciated.

Kevin
