John and Elnora Hanes Ft Wayne, Indiana mid 1800's

John and Elnora Hanes were in Ft Wayne, Indiana in the mid 1800's. My ggrandfather Charles Hanes was born there Dec 22, 1849. His parents were said to have been John and Evelyn. The time frame is right, but the history doesn't seem to be right. He had a brother Clyde, which doesn't line up with John and Elnora.

If you have proof that you are in that line, and are a male who is willing to do the Hanes/Haines/Haynes DNA, our group would be willing to split half the cost of the 37 marker DNA with you. We have pursued every avenue that we know to take, and have hit a brick wall at every turn.
Thank You,
Judy Hanes Thornton
