Abraham Haines will to sons Abraham and Isaac, 1758

In his will written in Burlington Co, NJ in 1758, Abraham Haines left his entire property (882 acres) in Back Creek, Frederick County VA to his two sons Abraham and Isaac. Abraham (Jr) moved there but returned to Burlington Co. NJ by 1760 where he died of small pox. Abraham Haines (Jr) left his property in VA to his sons and some of them were living there and purchased more land there. This land was originally in Frederick County VA but it became part of Berkeley County VA when Frederick Co was divided in 1772. Not all of the Haines moved to Culpepper Co VA as stated in the Haines book.

Does anyone know what happened to the land that Isaac inherited? The two sons were given the 882 acres to be divided equally. I see no indication that Isaac or his children ever lived in Frederick Co or Culpepper Co, VA.

Jeanine
