I have this will.

The W. A. Halbert I am talking about served in Lee's Company of the the Cont. Army. The information comes from W. A. Halberts pensions files of that war. He is described "as living in Essex County, Virginia in 1813 and has been granted lands for his service.

Just to make sure I am not making an error, I'll acquire these files for my records and update you in a day or so.
