Dow Halfacre is included in a list of deaths in the city of Lexington, Ky. from June 1 to aug. 1, 1833. Most of the deaths were caused by cholera. The list was reported to the City Council of Lexington by a committee appointed for that purpose, consisting of Messrs. Leavy, Layton, McKinney and Gough. It was published in the Lexington Observer and Reporter Thursday Aug. 22, 1833.
Dow Halfacre was in Ward no. 2, 7th, Lunatic Asylum.
