I have a 1861 census Surname Index to Persons on Ships, at Sea, or in Port. These are the Hallen Listings:

HALLEN, Henry, 30 yrs, single, occupation: Mate, b. Lannaddock, Glomosganshire, Shipe: Harmony, filme # 543294, Rg # 4495, pg. 112A.

HALLEN, James, 27 yrs, occupation: Gunner Rm., b. Bedford, Befrodshire, Shipe: Cressy, film # 543284, Rg # 4439, pg. 98A.

sorry, I don't know what Rg. stands for. this is all the information this fiche provides.

Good luck,
Bette
