"CHARLES A. HAMBLY, JR., of Tiverton, was born in that town, July 23, 1876, receiving his education in the Tiverton and Fall River public schools and Thibedeau's Commercial College, class of 1893. Is police commissioner and coroner. Is treasurer of Mariners Lodge, N.E.O.P., and member of Eureka Lodge, No. 22, A. F. & A. M. Has been foreman of state road construction in Tiverton. Has been representative since January, 1912. Occupation, undertaker and embalmer. Politics, republican.
