Hi Joe, Thanks again! That is pretty much what I had thought. Now, the question remains, how do you tell if a marriage taking place, was French/Indian? Of course all the Catholics gave Christian names, and left out the native name. Where do you go from there? The gen library has not been helpful. Any ideas? Thank you cuz. Michelle
