Beatrice Hamelin

I have an old photo album that belonged to my grandfather. Hercules Armand LaFerriere. In it he posted several photographs that were taken in 1918. The name he wrote under each was Ms. Beatrice Hamelin. (This was before he was wed to my grandmother.) There is one of her and her sister because it is labeled "Beatrice and sister". There is also one of Beatrice and her father in a luxurious automobile.
These pictures were either taken in Champlain NY or in Springfield Mass where he lived at the time. Does anyone know of this family? I guess my grandfather was sweet on her, otherwise why would he have so many photographs of her?
