Dear Ms. Jo Ann Laberge Boyer,

I am writing to you because I may be related to the Grondine family through my Mother's side of the family. My Mother passed away in 2004. Her name is Maybelle Marcella Grondine Running. Her parents are Homer and Pearl Grondine of Sagola in the Upper Penninsula of Michigan. I believe my Grandmother Pearl's last name is Preaseau. Her father married twice so there were step-brothers and sisters. Both Grandparents came from large families.

I have one Sister, Kathleen Ann Running Swanson.

It would be interesting to know if any of this information has any relevance to your family. I hope this information may be helpful to you. If you have any questions please feel free to email me at

Jon Michael Running
