Jacob Hamman is a direct ancestor of mine. All my notes are at http://www.PhyllisAndGlen.org, look under Sarah A Hammond and then click the link on "Notes on finding ancestry of Sarah Hammond". According to the death certificate of Jacob's daughter, Sarah, Jacob was born in Pennsylvania.
