Looks like this family came over in 1854. My grgrandfather, Joseph, was born 1847 and immigrated 1854 according to census records. I have not been able to find him on a passenger list so far and don't have parents names or siblings. I'm not sure where they settled but he shows up in Ontonogan county, MI in 1868 when he married Crescentia Wittman (speeling is open naturally) and they settled in Calumet, MI having a large family.
I sure hope somebody can come up with something positive-been looking for years!!!
