This is the information that I have documentation for.William S. Harbidge was born January 24,1841 in Ratley, Warwick, England (parrish christening records). He died in Oakland, CA. Date still unknown. Cemetery records indicate that he was buried at Mountain View Cemetery in Oakland, CA.When his wife, Fannie Williams Harbidge, died April 1928, William was disenturned, cremated and his ashes were place in her casket and buried.I am still trying to get a death certificate on William and Fannie. The lady at the cemetery told me I have to go through the funeral home that was in charge of the burial.I need to make another call to the cemetery and get the funeral home's address and phone number. That is on my "to-do" list this week. There is a 1881 Census in Canada, British Columbia.I got the information of children from there. William and Fannie's list of childrens' names and dates matched up with what I already knew. The only surprise was that William w. and Wilmot Westminister were twins.Alice Estella was my grandmother.I vaguely remember meeting Blanche Amanda when I was about three. She died in 1956.I have a copy of Alice and her husband, William Robert Kennedy, death certificates and marriage license. Williams death certificate listed Fannie's maiden name of Williams and that she was born in England.I am hoping when I track down Fannie's and William's death certificate it will list their parents names.Whatever new information I obtain I will be sure e-mail you. This has been a really difficult family to track down.
