Frank and John HARDER, Samoan Islands, c.1880s

Talofa/Hello:

Searching for information re HARDER orginally from Germany? married a Samoan native and had two sons, Frank and John.

Both boys eventually migrated to USA(this is the info I am interested in, whether they left the islands as young/older lads, alone or with parents, maybe one parent?, etc.), joined US military forces, and that is truely all info I have (at this moment).

Are there any HARDERs, from Germany or nearby, on anyone's tree that may have possibly travelled to the South Seas - please - shake your branches clear and come forward; you are desperately needed.

On the island of Upolu is a plantation known as ARP. The progenitor of this plantation is a HARDER married to a ARP. Sounding familiar to anyone?

Appreciate any and ALL your kind replys/responses to this query. Thanks ever so much.

Regards,
--Manaia
