Campbell/Harder family, in mid 1700's possibly

This is a shot in the dark, but I've tried just about everything else. I'm looking for a (male) Campbell who married a (female) Harder. They (hopefully) could be the parents of Harder Campbell who was born about 1787 in Illinois or Tennessee or whatever those two states were in 1787. I have found Harder Campbell in the 1850 Davidson Co., TN census. That's the only place I can find him. He was in his early 60's at that time, was married and had William H., George Jefferson, Oliver P., Provine M. or Providence M., John Porterfield and Sarah E.M.

I would GREATLY appreciate help on this family. I need info before 1850.

Patti
