I would be interested to hear from anyone who might have known, known of, or had information about my branch of the Hargis family. My name is James Hargis, and I was born in 1968 in Ada, Oklahoma. My father was James Lawnie Hargis (b: 1910, d: 1988.) I believe that he was born in Arkansas, though I actually know very little about his past.
