I have yet to see any reference to a David A. Harkins of Lincoln Co., TN. He lived from 1810 to 1850-1860. His wife is a Margaret and I found a reference in a county book that Margaret was the sister-in-law of Joseph Harkins.
If Joseph and David were brothers and David was born circa 1810, does anyone know who their parents are.
David and Margaret had Margaret Catherine b. 1835 and married James A. Hedrick in Lincoln Co., TN. They also had Jane, Susan, Joseph, Martha, and Mary. Mary married James A. Hedrick's brother, J. Bonaparte (Bony) Hedrick. Both brothers and the sisters moved to Howard County, AR in 1873.
