My name is Thomas Mark Harkins
My father was: Joseph Woodrow Harkins of Fannin co. Ga
My Grandfather was: Woodrow Ervin Harkins who was married to Minnie Bell Davenport Harkins
My Great Grandfather was: Thomas Harkins of Jacks river area in Fannin County Georgia. Thomas had a brother (George)that came to with him and settled in the Jacks river area. George is buried at Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery in Union County Ga. Thomas is buried at Harkins Cemetery (now renamed Jones Cemetery) at Jacks River in Fannin County Ga. Thomas and George had another brother (Will or William or Willy) that they left behind in possibly Louisiana. They were all suppose to have been raised in a catholic orphanage somewhere in Louisiana.
