Sorry it's taken so long to get back back to you.
The good news is yes, I do have a Rev John Harley listed, he was born 29/9/1728 (sorry Aust way of dates, he went on to become Bishop of Hereford and Dean of Windsor. Married Roach Vaughan 23/2/1770. Four children known, Edward, John, Frances, Martha. Died 7/1/1788. Father was Edward Harley, third Earl of Oxford
