I believe we are related. My 3rd great grandfather John Harley was born in 1788 and died in 1868.
He had 12 children by 3 wives. Info says he is buried in East Nimishillen, Stark Co OH.
>1st married Catherine Brown (1793-1826) born in Lancaster Co PA, died in Summit Co OH they had four dau, according to info that I have recently received: **Sarah 25oct1815, Mary 1817, Elizabeth 1821, Catherine 1821.
(marriage date and place unknown) **your ancestor?
>2nd married c1827 in Blair Co PA - Mary Susan Hoover (1806-1840), they had 5 children: Barbara'c1828,
Jacob (1831-1853), John'c1832, Tena'c1834, *Daniel(1838-1919) *my ancestor.
>3rd married 1841 in Stark Co OH - Barbara Stuckey (1804-??), they had 3 children, only one lived to adulthood:
infant b about 1842, Mary born c1843 - died as a young lady, Levi born c1845.

I hope we can share. My sources are varied, some unconfirmed, the latest being from a non-related 'Harley' that uses Ancestry.com. Please e-mail me. Thanks. Jean Biltz
