Sorry, Robert. I was off line for a time and came back with a new provider. My ggrandfather, George Harley was born about 1793 as near as we can determine from census records. He married Frances Estes after he came to Kentucky, about 1820. He was blind, probably from the war of 1812. We think his mother's maiden name was Riley, and his father was Daniel Harley. Neither of these facts are substantuated. These are the parents of Leonard Harley who arrived in Kentucky in the same area and lived in the same area as George and Frances until sometime between 1850 and 1860, when George moved from Trimble County to Hancock County where his two sons lived. I think your Thomas could be from the same generation as George but that is as far as I can guess. I also think Leonard, who we think is George's brother, had a son named Thomas. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
