I don't know if this will get to you, I have found Captain Joseph Harley(that had lived in Wabasha)in the Lakewood cemetery in Minneapolis. (He died in 1900) others of his family are in that cemetery also. I have Harley family in that same cemetery and don't know if they are related. Your Capitian Joseph lived on about 33 Byant Ave so in Minneapolis when he died. His grave stone actually says Captain Joseph Harley. Lakewood is the most elite cemetery in Minnesota.
