Dennis Harley disappeared ca. 1912

Hi everyone,

I have been trying for a while to track down the whereabouts of a great-uncle of mine, Dennis Harley. He was born 15 February 1888 in Co. Donegal, Ireland, is listed on both the 1901 and 1911 Census of Ireland, but after that no one knows what happened to him. The story is that he either just disappeared into thin air or that he was thrown overboard while on his way to Australia; the latter was said to be told by an unreliable witness.

Not sure what to do. Does anyone have any ideas?

Best wishes,
Owen
