Hi Bob -
Thanks for sending the cemetery records. I think August Harms, who died in 1929 is actually Charles' brother, Robert. In the 1910 census 3 of the brothers are living together - Herman, 17; Henry, 22; and August, 20. August's age coincides with Robert who would have been 20 in 1910. In German cultures, one of the sons sometimes takes the fathers name when the father passes on. I don't know why this is done but I've seen it in another German line. Let me know if you think they are one and the same.

I see your ancestor Wilhelm married to his second wife in 1900 and 1910. Has your family kept track of the Housmanns? Looks like a modern blended family.
