Shadrack Harrirman Land Grants in Greenbrier CO. VA/WV

I am looking for the parents and siblings if any of the Shadrack Harriman who married Susannah Pryor/Pryor, 1789 in Kanawaha County, VA/WV. This Shadrack Harriman fought at the Battle of Point Pleasant and at the Fort at Greenbrier with Captain John Stewart. Shadrack had the following land grants in what was then Greenbrier County parent county of Kanawha:
Year 1787
1600 acres on Old Town Branch
542 acres on Indian Creek of Elk
170 acres on Great Kanawha
95 acres on Great Kanawha

I understand he was killed by Indians in 1791 while working one of these land grants leaving his wife, Susannah Prior and a son, John Harriman who later married Nancy Morris.

Any help with Shadrack Harriman's parentage would be greatly appreciated. I believe Shadrack sometimes is listed as Skidmore Harriman.
